At Embrynatal, your satisfaction always comes first. If you are not happy with a product you have purchased, please review our returns policy below.
Returning products
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unopened, unused and in its original condition with the original packaging.
Conditions for exchange or refund
- Products showing signs of use or damage, or that have been opened, cannot be accepted.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided with your return request.
How to return

- We will send you instructions for returning the product.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product arrived damaged or did not match its description.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the product, a full refund of the product value will be issued (excluding shipping charges).
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions
- Discounted products and items purchased as part of a special offer are not eligible for refund.
