When our products can't help
This information is educational and is not a substitute for medical advice. Some of the conditions below require advanced medical treatment, such as surgery or IVF.
1
Blocked or damaged fallopian tubes
If the tubes are completely blocked or twisted, pregnancy cannot happen naturally, even with supplements. This is treated surgically or through IVF.
2
Premature menopause (primary ovarian insufficiency)
If the ovaries have stopped producing eggs entirely before the age of 40, no supplement can restart ovarian function.
3
No remaining ovarian reserve (AMH at zero)
If there is no ovarian reserve left at all, there will be no response even with fertility support.
4
Congenital abnormalities of the uterus
Such as an underdeveloped uterus or a large uterine septum. These require surgery or advanced treatment — a supplement alone will not resolve them.
5
Serious chronic conditions that aren't under control
Such as severe untreated hypothyroidism, uncontrolled diabetes, or active autoimmune conditions that affect fertility.
6
Severe genetic or chromosomal conditions
If there are genetic disorders preventing healthy embryo development, a supplement will not resolve them.
7
Untreatable azoospermia (no sperm present)
We offer formulas for women and for men, but where no sperm are produced at all, the only options are advanced medical routes such as IVF or donation.
