Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our support team on WhatsApp and we will help you right away.

Return window: requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: for health and safety reasons, supplement products must be unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items: if you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Return shipping: where the return is not due to an error on our side, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds: once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
